ordered 2 pants and one sweater
I was on line shopping. I love the pants I order from Alfred Dunner. I sent an order for one pair of pants. Then the screen asked if I wanted to continue shopping. So I continued ordering. I went back to the pants I had chosen before, then kind of got hooked on a beautiful sweater. So I thought I was adding to my order. I looked at my order and saw that instead of having one order, I found 2 orders, I tried to contact Alfred Dunner and thought I messed up. I don't remember if I got a response from my inquiry. When my 2 deliveries came (in 2 separate packages, I thought I would return one of the 2 pair of pants. Of course, the moment I opened the packages I pulled out the pants and found out I had input a different pair of pants in each package. They both fit me well, and I noticed I had a different pair of pants. Then I put on the beautiful sweater, far nicer than what it looked like on line. The whole lesson that I didn't understand was "WHEN IT SAYS CONTINUE SHOPPING IT STARTS A WHOLE NEW ORDER, I MISUNDER STOOD, AND IT MEANT DID I WANT TO PLACE A NEW ORDER. BUT I like both pair of pants, and they both fit and the sweater is perfect. I just decided I might as well keep both pair because they are even 2 different colors. I wish I didn't know I was placing a whole new order, I tried several time when I thought I was editting my order, not adding to the old one. I do have a suggestion, maybe there would be an option to edit the first order to add more choices. I am 85 years old and maybe I should have known I was making a new order, maybe I was just misreading that I was done and had to make a new order when I spotted the pretty sweater. I WILL KNOW BETTER NEXT TIME!!!
